Business Analyst
LoanGlide Inc. has built a very innovative embedded financing platform that is increasing affordability for consumers’ everyday needs. The world of fintech is rapidly evolving so we need a business analyst who is continuously adapting and excited to work on products that will disrupt the fintech space for years to come. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You should be able to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at LoanGlide. You will drive prioritization and development of a full suite of cross-functional features and own requirements for short-term and long-term investments.
What you’ll do:
– Understand and analyze business requirements by working closely with stakeholders
– Drive the product execution, working closely with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, UX and partner teams to land excellent user experiences for consumers, merchants, and partners.
– Work with the analytics team to implement a data-driven framework for understanding and improving our experience and conversion.
– Support sales and customer support team by researching and proposing solutions and becoming a liaison with the engineering team for prompt and thorough resolutions for customer needs and issues
What we look for:
– 2+ years of experience working in finance or at a technology company is ideal, but we are open to talented fresh graduates who have demonstrated intellectual curiosity.
– Love for data and passionate about finding strategic insights and making data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills – written, verbal, and graphic
– Strong work ethic – able to take ownership beyond own responsibility and run timelines/deliverables effectively.
– Works well in a team spanned across multiple time zones.
– Detail oriented and passion for design.
– Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha! is a plus.
– Strong working knowledge of analytical tools like Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar.

Growth Specialist
Position Summary:
The Growth Specialist will be at the forefront of the LoanGlide brand. They will take a hands-on approach that requires flexibility, multi-tasking, curiosity to learn, and a passion for sales. They will be a critical element to LoanGlide’s growth and will have a clear path to career advancement. This position will report to and be coached by the Director of Sales. LoanGlide is a fast growing start up so candidates should be able and willing to adapt quickly, embrace on-the-fly challenges, and embrace the beautiful chaos!
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating new accounts by making calls to contractors and signing them up for our easy, honest, and risk-free relationship (won’t cost them a penny to sign up!)
- Build and manage a CLEAN & thorough pipeline via Zoho CRM that consists of self-sourced and warm leads
- Passionately make 50+ calls per day
- Attend and collaborate in team trainings and company meetings
- Take pride in working remote and maintain the highest level of accountability with regards to punctuality, deadlines, and spontaneous interests from prospects
- Be or become an expert on financing within the Home Improvement space
- Stay up-to-date on LoanGlide and our loan plans, the competitive landscape, industry changes, and contractor related trends nationwide
- Be outspoken and interested in improving the sales process at all time’s as well as a willingness to step out of your comfort zone with what has worked for others
Ideal Skills/Personality Traits:
- Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit
- Enjoys giving and receiving feedback and a passion for sales
- Has an interest in home improvement projects and/or financing
- Building rapport quickly via cold call, warm call, texting etc.
- Ability to manage hundreds of leads in a pipeline via ZOHO CRM with up-to-date notes and statuses
- Motivation and drive to stay busy and on the phone continuously with prospects
- Great written communication skills (email, text)
- Ability and zest for multi-tasking
- Fundamental appreciation for every small win!
- Basic understanding of credit and loans. Ability to speak eloquently about interest rates/terms

Preferred Experience:
- 1+ years of professional sales experience
- Remote work experience
- CRM/pipeline management experience
- Experience discussing credit and financing (personal and/or professional)
- Experience making 50+ calls per day with a clear goal in mind
- Experience demoing any software via google hangouts or zoom
Employment Type, Work Location, and Salary:
- Full Time (Monday – Friday from 9-5)
- Remote (Must have a productive home office setting with quality internet)
- $45,000 – $55,000 based on experience + uncapped bonus/commission
